1.5 All advertised sales commissions are at a rate that applies after VAT and payment processing provision fees are excluded from the sale.
2. Selling predictions
2. You agree to provide sports predictions and commentary to the best of your ability.
2.1 The website reserves the right to suspend your account if your predictions are deemed to be similar to predictions that have been purchased by other users or copied from another source.
2.2 Once predictions are concluded, the information cannot be changed under any circumstances.
2.3 Predictions can only be deleted or changed if they have not been published, sent to your followers and subscribers, which is usually within 2 minutes of adding a prediction.
2.4 You agree to provide at least 20 different football predictions for different events at different start times each month.
2.5 You agree to provide your predictions free of charge to all your subscribers for the following month if you fail to provide a minimum number of predictions for the current month.
2.6 The User is aware that a percentage of each sale made will be paid to the Website.
2.7 We reserve the right to refuse to sell predictions if we believe the predictions are not genuine, profitable or if you do not have a proven winning history of navigating our website.
2.8 Payouts are only made by PayPal and once the total reaches the minimum payout amount of €100 and at least 15 days after we have received payment for our predictions.
3. Purchase and Access to Football Predictions
3.1 Forecasts can be offered seven days a week. However, there may be some days when predictions cannot be given.
3.2 The user is aware that a percentage of purchases will be paid to the seller / buyer.
3.3 By following tipster predictions, you understand that there is a risk and it is possible that your money will be lost.
3.4 You accept full responsibility for the outcome of your own bets and understand that the recommendations are for information and entertainment only.
3.5 The Service is for personal use only and is not transferable. No part of the Service may be reproduced, publicly displayed, broadcast or used for any other purpose.
3.6 The user is aware that a percentage of the sales made by him will be paid to the website.
3.7 The user is aware that when a purchase is made, his username may be available for review by the seller. No other personal information will be shared with the seller.
4. Minimum number of guarantees
4.1 The User guarantees to post at least 20 predictions per month.
4.2 Once the results have been finalised, calculations will be made at the end of the month to determine who can receive another month's worth of predictions for free ("minimum number of predictions guarantees"). If and only if the total number of predictions placed in a given month is less than 20, the user will receive predictions from the seller for free for the next month.
4.3 "Minimum Number of Prediction Guarantees" only allows you to receive predictions from tipsters you have subscribed to for the next month for free.
Privacy Policy
The sportalaxy.com website and its mobile applications respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of all parties browsing or otherwise using the Website, hereinafter referred to as 'Visitors'. From time to time, and only with their prior consent, the Website collects and uses 'Personal Data' (defined below) relating to its Visitors, with a view to providing its services to them and only for the purpose expressly stated down in the text.
This Privacy Policy complies with international Conventions and EU Directives as paraphrased by Maltese law in the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta), the Personal Data Processing Act (in the electronic communications sector, Legal Notice 16 of 2003, including subsequent amendments), it adapts Recommendation 2/2001 of Paragraph 29 of the Data Protection Working Party, implemented on 17 May 2001, on certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and also uses other applicable rules and practices.
